Squad Training
At Carina Leagues Triathlon Club, we have training squads to suit all ages and abilities. We offer Junior Squad Triathlon Training for young kids and Adult Squad Triathlon Training that caters to all triathlon levels and distances. Our squads are run by qualified triathlon coaches in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Whether it's an Enticer at the Queensland Triathlon Series, the Noosa Triathlon, a 70.3 or a full IRONMAN, you'll love training with us.
Our Coaches
The coaching staff at Carina Leagues Triathlon Club are accredited Development Coaches under Triathlon Queensland's National Coach TED program. Our triathlon coaches are also experienced triathletes themselves who have the knowledge and skills to help prepare you or your child for your triathlon races.
Our Facilities
The Carina Leagues Triathlon Club has access to or owns many excellent facilities and equipment. These include a heated 50m pool, a fully-equipped gym for cardio and weight training, a recovery centre with an eight-person ice-bath, running tracks, over 50 wind trainers and rollers, bike racks for transition training, swim paddles and pool buoys, and club tents for members and supporters at events.
