Adult Triathlon Training
The table below is the typical weekly training schedule for our Adult Triathlon Squad.

Tuesday | 5:30am-6:45am | Bike + Run | Brick session - on road or wind trainers |
Wednesday | Rest Day | ||
Thursday | 5:30am-6:45am | Run | Intervals, hills |
Friday | 5:30am-6:45am | Swim | Speed work |
Saturday | 5:30am-8:30am | Bike + Run | Brick session |
Sunday | Optional | Bike / Run | Long ride or run. Non-coached session. |
Junior Triathlon Training
Monthly Training Schedule for Junior Triathletes
The monthly training schedule for our Junior Triathlon Squad will be made available to squad members prior to the beginning of each new training month.
Note: Please make sure your child brings along the necessary equipment and gear to their training session.

Bike | shorts, shirt, bike, helmet, bike shoes |
Run | shorts, shirt, running shoes |
Essentials | water, hat, towel, sunscreen, snacks |
Typical Weekly Training Schedule For Junior Triathletes
Our Junior Triathlon Program consists of 2 squads. Our Junior Development Squad follows the schedule of a typical training week for juniors. Our Junior Competitive Squad includes two additional training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
